A non displaying or partial displaying LCD on the rev gauge can be simply fixed by cleaning the contact points behind the screen. Disassembly isn’t too difficult, see images below. Once taken apart an alcohol wipe on the screen contact points is all it took to get mine displaying again. Its worth testing before reassembly!
